In Their Honour
Honouring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, In Their Honour is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving their legacy.
In Their Honour came to us without a website, needing a digital presence that could meaningfully represent their mission while giving visitors a clear way to learn about their initiatives and support their cause. We set out to design and build a site to promote their events, while driving donations and sponsorships.

Establishing a Credible Online Presence
As a non-profit doing meaningful work, In Their Honour needed a website that reflected the seriousness and heart of their mission. We focused on building a polished, professional design that would instill trust in visitors and give the organization a home base worthy of the cause they represent.
Promoting Their Events and Initiatives
In Their Honour runs a number of community-driven programs and events that needed visibility. We designed dedicated spaces on the site to showcase these initiatives, making it easy for visitors to stay informed and get involved.
Driving Donations and Sponsorships
Fundraising is at the core of what In Their Honour does, so converting visitors into supporters was a main priority. We built clear, friction-free pathways to donate and structured sponsorship information in a way that made it easy for businesses and individuals to commit to the cause. We also built a dedicated page to acknowledge key partners and highlight varying tiers of sponsorship.
Connecting with Their Community
In Their Honour's work is rooted in community, and their website needed to reflect that. We ensured the site gave visitors a sense of belonging to something larger, with messaging and design that spoke directly to supporters, families, and fellow first responders.
Our team at Fairway was incredibly honoured to be part of this project. Brett was not only a constable for the Edmonton Police, but a firefighter and EMT as well. To Laurie and Bob, who founded In Their Honour in memory of their son and in solidarity with all families who have lost a loved one in the line of duty, it was our privilege to work alongside you, and we look forward to continuing to support your mission.
